Hello! My name is Alexandra, I am 28 years old and from Toronto, Canada. I don't consider myself anywhere close to being a poet, but I love to write and read, so I will absolutely comment on other people's contributions to this forum. I edit in my spare time - mostly fiction novels but also research papers. I am the published author of 4 books and several short stories and I'm also a cardiology nurse! As for my other hobbies, I am a huge fan of music, running, and classic films. Thank you everyone for the wonderful welcome. For starters, theres my fondness for purchasing one-way tickets into vagrancy.

Huh...I seem to do things like that too, although I'm not remotely fond of it. Lost would be a more accurate description. And my tickets are always 2-way, because they are much cheaper than the one-way ones.

Just go into the forum you want. Choose the new thread button. Paste or write your poem in the box and then hit the post thread button. That should get you going. Choose the forum you think fits what type of critique you are looking for (novice, mild, serious, fun, etc...read the guidelines and make the call).
