...should be paused until we've figured out a way to improve the 'search' function.
Although that may be beyond the capabilities of the vbulletin architecture.

Once you write a pome for NaPM it gets shoved under 'Posts' instead of 'Threads' and there's no easy way to retrieve it.
I was searching for an old pome that I happen to remember in full, but can't be found easily without traipsing through previous iterations of NaPM.

I love those threads. If you’re concerned about finding your own work you can repost in members only or pick an unusual word and end your posts in NaPM with it. Then when you do a general search all your NaPM poems will come up.

If the poem you’re looking for is by someone else you can use general search by choosing a less common word from the poem and user name, show as posts and it should come up. Or find your own that way. Have you tried it?

I’ve been searching for this pome I remember writing. It went:

I am all the old poets writing about you:
(something something) … and Cynthia, the moon
of a shepherd boy’s madness
(something something), Glaucus of Lykia, for whom
(something something) tears of sadness.

I can’t find it!!!

I am all the old poets
writing about you,
Maud Gonne and Beatrice, and Cynthia, the moon
of a shepherd boy’s madness.

I am all the old warriors
fighting for you,
Diomedes, Glaucus from Lykia, for whom
the gods gushed waters of sadness.

We have the search bar which didnt turn up anything. And the search icon at the top that let me hyper define what I was looking for

Yep, I found it just using Cynthia, search all posts, show as posts.

Using Lykia, would have been just one result without this thread.
