		Often imperceptible,
a glacial shift pushing toward
the inevitable
Tight smile—twist
of a wedding ring,
a hesitation
easy to miss.
Halting words;
inconsolable.

		for me i think it could do with a strong image in the last 2 lines.
as it is (again for me) the poem can be taken 2 ways.
a) a breakdown of a relationship
b) the beginning of a new one.
the ring twisting definitely denotes a time to move on which i think is the essence of the poem; moving on.
easy to miss ties the poem to the title.
thanks for the read todd.

		Very moving verse, and short, which I enjoy; I like succinct poetry, and economy of language. You've clearly put thought into your line breaks, and the seperation of stanzas, and I don't think there's anything that I'd change. My favourite was the line beginning "glacial shift..." Some day soon I'll be able to properly critique your work

		Thank you guys. I've been slammed recently and haven't gotten back to the comments. I appreciate you both taking the time with this poem.
Much appreciated,
Todd
