This is very vivid -- I know that kid, I'm sure, although we've never had an ice cream van at school. (Was it Buckfast at lunch time?)
Why is there always some kid who faints on assembly? Personally I think it's just a ploy. Though our assemblies used to be held outside on bitumen, so fainting was not a smart thing to do.
or as we liked to call it...Memory eraser, how cool is outside assemblies, unfortunatley Merseyside doesn't lend itself to such activities unless there was a fire alarm (again). Thank you for your comments and taking the time. TOMH
