Well in fact no they don't, without the software they do absolutely nothing. The software is designed in a fashion that they have no choice but to enter the correct data or it does not work. There is no personal creativity there at all. There is in fact a small amount of work involved but that is something inherent of all uploads of any type. Further more if one views it as work and then complains that they have done more work than another to get more status then I see that as dangerously elitist and everything that piracy stands against in my honest opinion.
