i've had that dilemma lately, whether i should be putting commas at the ends of lines; but i think when one punctuates the whole poem, it doesn't matter where the commas lie on the overall picture, and they usually do lie at the natural pauses, and those usually indicate a change of line is in order. from what i've seen, anyway. it looks right in your poem, but the hanging commas don't look so consistent in mine.
you complex thinkers and philosophical types so often come to that place, (whether one can articulate it or not) where the old 'ignorance is bliss' cliche 'comes home to roost'. i like your take, and definitely love the title. x
