While it is true that many companies check out public forums to see what/how you may have been writing in the past I don't think you should have to look over your shoulder all the time either or be fired for something you may have written years ago that has nothing to do with the present circumstances.
By the way shame on you guys for banning Scruffy!

you mean shame on me then. i did the dead because of not only taking out of the sewer but basically telling people not to come here and join.

and as far as i know his ban will never be lifted.

i agree if you wrote something that has no bearing on where you work now then what you say or how you act shouldn't matter.

my mistake. i got talked into lifting the ban ....me bad sorry. i wanted him perma banned the other softies spoke out for him.
