I sit motionless, immolated in the moments we spent;
Charred, suffocating, lost and content. - As if life has already burned away?

As in the protagonist is lost in the memories of his past, however the point I was trying to get across was that this is not healthy, hence the images of fire And immolation. He is lost in his memories and although it is burning (hurting) him, he is 'content'

Maybe you can expand and make that sentiment more clear
