Well you have to basically get those thoughts into ideas and then to actions. Aske yourself questions such as:
But basically have you any general ideas or is it just a thought?
- Who is the forum for?
- What will it contain?
- The numbers viable to run it
- How many would join and How to make them join
- What Software
- Name
- And so on...........
