Fauxku Choo Choo (the play's the thing)

In the space next to the dryer stands a cupboard full of jars,
bottles, lids and clamps and seals and a thermometer.
On the side of the cupboard are three square cork tiles
with recipes pinned to them, they’ve been there a while.
On top of the cupboard, bottled amber pears
Made from the fruit my mini-orchard bears.

Sleek and sure
but ready to move
teenaged bears
teach a lesson
in owning our space
