Hello Everyone! I'm a complete newbie here to throw my creative self to the wolves in hopes of improvement. I am an avid reader and with 2 young kids, poetry has become my go to for finding some respite in the few and far between moments of quiet....very few...and very far between. The threads on technical skills and construction are what drew me here, as these are definitely not my strengths. From the looks of it, I've come to the right place! I'm hoping to develop my own writing and am eager to get some real feedback, although I have to say that my 4 year old has given all 5 star reviews thus far. Her only critiques were to add something in there about purple and talk more frequently of pancakes. 
Other than that, I'm just hoping not to embarrass myself too thoroughly in my writing or my feedback.
