Collective Guilt (Me and The Black Cat)

We are good like God.
Punishing the faithful with purpose
like Satan.

We have rights like King.
Dreaming up righteous mandates
like the Klan.

We give hope like Jesus.
Keeping faith in cult personalities
like Manson.

We are free like Gandhi.
To defend the unspoken minority
like old Mao.

We still live like Buddha.
Awaiting our rebirth
like lost fools.
