I'm guessing that "cold" at the end is referring to the person's character? Their pattern in relationships?
Otherwise, this is a poem about nothing.
The cold theme is overdone. With the exception of the leather jacket line, every line (and that includes the title) is reiterating that it's cold. Repeating yourself wastes space in such a short poem.
