You are shivering, In haiku, focus and simplicity is key. "You are" should be as relevant as life itself. In this case, I feel like they are words taking up space to fit a syllabic count. Those words aren't meaningful (to me. I don't speak for everyone).
Wearing a leather jacket. So why is the leather jacket significant? What does it indicate about this person, or about the surroundings? Is it a trap, a superficial attitude, a dead cow...? 
You love to be cold.
