happiness
#2
No worries from my pov, it's what we as adults say to each other when the kids are less then perfect in their academic performance. My generation, in my family, tended to be disturbed by imperfection and sometimes we need to remind ourselves that less stress is better. Being smarter than most everyone else does not seem to bring happiness. My experience is mine, might not be yours.

As to what is happiness, for me it is acceptance and satisfaction with one's own place in the world. That doesn't eliminate grief, anger, or any other source of unhappiness, it just makes it easier to allow joy in also.
