Howdy! I have been involved in a poetry writing workshop that is primarily centered on creation, and I was very interested in honing my ability to revise. I am eager to learn and grow here.

I've had a couple of poems published but I want to improve, and perhaps some kind of mid-life realization that time alone is not making me any better spurred me to get to work. I am a stay at home mother, a student (just 12 more hours until I get my bachelor's degree!), and a dabbler in art forms. Before I had children, I worked as an oboist in the U.S. Army.

I love working with forms, because it helps me focus!   Thanks for reading this far!
