Error 404 - please read

Hello members, 

Some people are experiencing an error message upon login.  I am trying to figure out how big the problem actually is.  

Please let me know if you are experiencing the error message and in what part of the site it occurred. 

So far it seems like it happens when trying to enter your password to log onto the site (if you used your password without problems, please also let me know for comparison).  

Also, it seems to happen when viewing member profiles? 

Keep me posted if you see it anywhere else.  Hopefully it will either auto correct or we will find the problem and solve it soon.
