Never create a weapon
you can't afford to lose.
To do so or not
is something you can choose.
Never gamble with that
which you hold too dear,
the losing of it
you can't afford to bear.

And like all the best pedantry, so true we must pretend to be bored by it rather than shamed.  (But my guns, my guns!)
