Chase and Withdraw
His pale bloated arm
Dangling from the shaft
Withdrew the cover
Sealing himself inside the walls
I can hear the fucker stumbling around
As I aim and take fire
He pleads with me to please stop
But I won’t until he’s gone
His pearl teeth and black gums
Seep foul whispers into the dark
Prying my bloodshot eyes open
As I lie still in bed
He wails out that all he wanted was a friend
As I nail the bastard and reload
To make sure he’s dead
All I wanted was a good night’s rest
