Help!
I cry out over and over never to receive the help needed.
Forever being ignored by the people who say they care.
Dry eyes from the non-existent tears falling.
Calling out for someone, anyone to hear.
With cuts on my hips and hair on the floor never being seen, never being cleaned.
Until 
One day someone searches a little harder than the rest.
It’s for the best, they say, to send me to a new place with new people.
A pending invitation to a place for the battered and broken.
I finally got 
Help? 

Very evocative, and nicely unresolved.  There's a turn (as I read it) after "It's for the best, they say" to at least the possibility of hope.

Free verse is not easy - this uses it well.
