I was so excited to read and comment on your poems, I nearly forgot to introduce myself.
I’m a professional writer here in the UK with a few published books behind me. My background is in academia. I have a Ph.D. in English Literature, but I’ve never really been part of an online community. I’m here because you seem to take things a little more seriously than other forums I joined and don’t simply tell each other than everything is “wonderful”. I hope to contribute helpful critiques and get a little serious feedback on my own work.
And, yes, I'm actually nervous being here. I never show people my poetry.
