If you want a little  push to submit a poem, try this:  send either your latest or  your second-best - and put it in Basic.

But only after at least a couple more critiques to get in the spirit.  Check out the section "Spotlighting the Hogs - Critics Edition" for some good examples.

Cheers. I've commented on a few poems now so hopefully have the credits to justify posting something of my own. I'm nervous by nature but I'm happy to to get proper serious feedback, which is why I'm really here. So long as it's well intentioned, I'll be happy to hear it (I hope...  )
