with his own hands
his own hands being
operated in his own conscious intelligent
and reasoning power and awareness
and subsequently he did by oral self administration  you've 'anded' this one to death
dispose of and thereafter swallow
the aforementioned paracetamol (acetaminophen) tablets
according to his own uninfluenced unassisted
and unprompted appetite urge and inclination
these actions being therefore
unequivocally self determined as the
voluntary and inevitable and final
and pure unalloyed manifestation
of a self sufficient
and self originating motive
energetic ideation and imaginative force.
