Reserves he said and provided backup for what he was saying only talks about how much we have out of the ground and in reserve or something to that effect and that the total inground not taped yet reserves are estimated at enough to supply world needs at todays consumption with a factor added in to allow for increased usage projections that will last for the next 30 million years. I was shocked when i read the the material that he supplied to back up what he said. Now the number 30 million is low on my part as i think it was alot more than that. Can't remember who posted it but it was in a thread about it and i don't really have the time to look for it but i found myself asking...what bloody shortage?a million year or a billion. all we're doing is unlocking stored co2 and choking ourselves. what he didn't say that to get most of it out we have to kill a lot of species. there's a lot there but the stuff that comes out of the ground with ease isn't as much as you think. the oil companies tell us we have to charge more in order to explore new ways to get at it that are financially viable. i's sooner see my tax dollar go to something that won't choke me to death and something that wont choke my grandkids to death.
