Gay marriage huh. Isn't that a little like saying "Sunny night"?
Why not civil union with equal rights/benefits?

There were several recorded incidents in written history when a star went nova and the night had become like a day.
Calling a marriage sacred would be like saying there is not a 50% divorce rate.
So is there a reason why couples of both genders can not just call it a marriage?

i'd like to see a source for that?

and sacred oaths can be broken.
