I am a hooded crow.
I am no fashion keeper, I have claws.
I don't 'land on water', it is nonsensical.
I torment seagulls and when they give chase,
I fly to the nearest tree leaving them apoplectic.
I am easily amused.

Although I was fairly certain I checked just in case and they are classed as claws, it is birds of prey that have talons which is possibly what you may have been thinking of.
