I had to think about this one - does it mean that only the insane can benefit from a state of calmness? I don't know the answer but the fact that these few words can get me (and I assume others) thinking must be a good thing IMO.
Or are we given the option to merge the first two "lines" to provide the opposite meaning?

If not an em dash, then two regular hyphens for that bit of sanity, and the last line shouldn't be capitalized. Not sure what to say about the whole thing -- this feels novel (in its correctness, perhaps), but at the same time generic, and I can't tell which prevails.

I love the layers in this. Each time I've read it, I feel like I'm uncovering another interpretation. The initial line break is quite clever, great way to add depth without words.
