Hey JLY. Interesting flip but you tightrope on cliche with "running through my mind." I would prefer "runs" to "running". The immediacy of the image distracts from the cliche and camouflages it better. Just a thought.

Hi Paul, Thanks for the comments. After consideration I decided to go with "running" here because I wanted to emphasis the endless loop of thought that is often associated with things being the way we wished they weren't. Resentment based thoughts, for example, have a way of becoming an endless loop that can keep us awake all night or many nigths, or a frequent visitor disturbing our peace at least. The light in the image was my attempt at illustrating the inner light that illumines our thoughts, exposing them to be what they are, just thoughts. The first step in letting them go. Rick
