vertical louvres
noisily thrash in strong wind
cats claws dig in deep

louvres blow open
thrashed back and forth in the wind
cats claws dig in deep

nice, I'm not sure you need "back and forth", for me it clashed with the movement of L1.

Could the louvres be vertical?  (Or are they then called something else?)
