"Go on then, play!
#1
Dim light of early dawn
Is arguing with the light of a fading candle.
The air in the bar is thick
With smoke, mixed with smells of bygone
Night.

The feast has passed, night has gone ...
Hey, pianist, just you and me now in full mind.

Would you mind playing my farewell for me?
Make me believe that I have not waisted my time.

Play, it will be easier for me to pay my main bill
For usurer that has waited all night for me behind a door.

Go on then, play!

longer than most of your poems ris.
enjoyed the read. it sounds ominous
like the request for a death song.
