Under the camera lights
his too-red bald head 
looks like a tortured testicle;

a puss-filled pimple
any jury might delight to imagine 
squeezing like a tube of toothpaste
for some last involuntary squirt of honesty.

I like the image of a testicle poking out from the collar of a fine suit, sweating in the light.

I wonder if 'last' is right for the last line, I know it's talking about almost empty toothpaste, but it implies the attorney has been honest before.

Ooooh! The grotesque imagery is so fitting for the subject of the poem. The final line, "for some last involuntary squirt of honesty." is so clever and absolutely engaging. Very good job!!
