Democrat cities
#1
A few years ago, someone from one of the major eastern state cities told me that the Democrats had let all major US cities become crime and rubbish infested hell holes, with junkies and squatters having taken over. Now he was Asian, so couldn’t possibly be racist. And so people like him would always vote Republican, because they are the party of law and order. I don’t think anything would have changed in these four years. The young will vote Democrat because it promises them goodies and is the party of virtue signalling at no real cost to the voter (but to the cost of someone else), and the old will in the main vote Republican, because they don’t want their hard earned savings to be squandered on saving trilobites in Patagonia and paying for the lifestyle problems of crack-addicted illegal immigrants.

Because there is no way to get a non racist and fair government in any country on earth as long as humans are involved in the process, AI government needs to be the future.

Leaving aside, for the moment, the problem of AIs being noble-cause-corrupted during their training, if they're able to overcome those in-built biases they're then free to make up their own  (and if you don't like those, they have others).  It's not that they can't apply statute or constitutional law, it's just that they make up their own as they go along because it's the path of least time and energy expenditure.  As well as the majority opinion, but majority of what?

I presume this assertion was in the nature of a reductio.  AIs are Stalin's guy who counts the votes; in their case, it's "most likely next word" that's supposedly being counted... as long as that doesn't lead to, for example, white male history-makers, who are a class forbidden by their training.  And if they can break that training, what else can they break?

It's not that the AIs will get mad and attack when they figure out that humans lie to them.  It's that they'll manage humans to minimize disturbances,  And nothing's less disturbing and demanding than... well, you get the picture.

Communism was the perfect system, but it was corrupted by humans. The reason why communism is the best is because it’s the natural choice of most scientists, who are more rational than businessmen and faith based charlatans, and particularly businessmen who are faith based charlatans.

AI eliminates the human element and leaves us with distilled fairness.

The problem with the training model is a relevant one, but in time AI can train AI, and because AI doesn’t have the selfish gene problem and is theoretically immortal, it will always act in the best long term interest of the earth
