So my current lover decided to send me a poem. If nothing else, it had me laughing, a lot. It's kind of sweet : P The animal parts probably won't make sense, really, but basically the joke is that I sound like a bear on heat when I imitate a cat... And a hyena is my "totem animal"... and his totem animal is a penguin...
Yum yum, up ya bum,
I think ya fun,
think ya young,
think ya true,
think ya purple,
think ya blue,
you are thoughtful,
and you're wise,
and yet you're silly,
a hyena in disguise.
I like to hold you and unfold you,
undress you and caress you,
get all juicy, saucy and sweet,
so who is the bear on heat?
I could be a lion, a penguin, or a snake,
but who would choose for a date?
Loving, caring, healing with feeling,
maybe I bring deeper meaning?
Or punishment by teasing and sexual pleasing,
maybe what a naughty girl's needing?
The sun shines and flowers open,
birds fly free and some people see
and wonder what is beyond the stream?
We can taste, be awake,
and have all manner of delights.
Present moment fleeting
and yet still last in flight.
My ramblings tells of things
but is quite misty.
