I don't know if I'm interpreting this right but, is "name etched on thigh" referring to a tattoo? and Is the poem saying that love isn't in the trivial things but on a more important/ intense level? or is it just making fun of people who tattoo the names of those they "love" on themselves?........My inference may be far fetched but L3 tripped me up a little and I feel that may be the most important one. lol.

Hey Brandon,
I like both interpretations, especially the one about a tattoo doesn't make the love. It would probably help if you take out the first line to make the title be the first line instead of repeating "what is love" so closely. Definitely worth the read.
