Hello there, everyone. My name is Terin, or Trin, I go by either, and I write mostly prose, poems, and short stories, though I would like to work my up to novels some day. It's lovely to meet you all!

Hi,
I'm Carile. Although English is not my mother tongue, it plays an important role in my life. This is why I am -and I'll always be- exploring the language, looking for better ways to express my love for it. Also, advice on how not to destroy it (too hard) is welcome. The poems I wrote in English aren't numerous. I hope you won't mind my awkwardness.

Thank you
Carile

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to add another empty face to your life!

I have been dabbling in poetry since I was 13 or so but I have just recently begun to get really serious about it..

I have social phobia, which just means that relationship to the world is a bit harder..

I live in Texas and I am a social worker..

I am always open to your thoughts and I hope mine are always offered in a humble spirit..

Thanks!

This is my blog of poetry...

It's normal to be nervous. I was nervous when I first started doing something like this. We love poetry. Nothing is ever personal in critique (or it shouldn't be). We just all want to improve.

Well hello. This is the first poetry forum I've joined, and I'm looking forward to actually imporving my work instead of getting my mom to read it and go "hm, that's nice." Which is nice, but not really helpful.

I've only been writing seriously for the past few months, so any critique is welcome. I'm still in my teen years so I will try very hard to filter the angst and melodrama out, but if a pinch weasles it's way in I have you guys to catch it.

Anyways, looking forward to reading and writing!

We always appreciate the attempt at the angst filter. In recompense, we will not wave our canes at you, and order you off our lawn.

Welcome, I look forward to reading you.

Hello, Medusa!
You are very articulate and have a very mature insight into the perils of adolescent runaway emotions. I have a strong feeling you have a gift that we should all be honored to help you develop.

Hello,

I have just recently gotten into writing poetry after I first tried it. I have found that I enjoy writing a whole lot more than I like reading, but I will try to read as much as your poems as I can!

I am a teenager, so I am just over flowing with youthful energy. Hopefully that isn't painfully obvious in my writing, but, c'est la vie!

I like to thank you all in advance for any time you spend reading or criticizing any poems I put up here. I look forward making a community with all of you!

Thank you all!
