Hi everyone,
I'm amejadcc, a pen name I had since 12 years of age. My class told me my creative non-fictions have a poetic feel when I submit them in class. I need to go to a poetry class I know, but I love how forums work so much that is why I am here. I'm trying to write a poem where it is necessary to remove all the excess words and conjunctions. I hope I can progress from here on. Thanks for having me.

If a change of word occurs to you there's no reason not to mention it, the OP has free will.

Hi everyone! Please call me blue.
I'm 32 and have been writing poetry for probably the last twenty years or so. I really enjoy it and it's a nice outlet for when life gets a little rough around the edges. Looking forward to meeting all of you!~blue

This is the moment where I realise that perhaps I should have thought more about my username.
Hey all I am passionate about the written word and have been since I was 5 years old. Life got in the way for the past 15 years but this seemed like a fun way to get back into it.

Hi, just looking to improve my poetry, gave it a bit of a stint a year or 2 ago but I couldn't keep it up due to external pressures. Have a bit more time and I can finally be arsed to commit a lot more as well, so giving another crack at it. Hope you enjoy my presence here as much as I hope to learn from yours.
