Hi dude, hope you stick around and share your new found hobby with us once you've hit on a style you like! Have you tried using forms, like blank verse or sonnets? They don't work for me, but they often do for other people with more stamina and discipline than I.
And hello to you too meta! Boredom has inspired some of my best workBig Grin

i see you enjoy rhyme. it will be good to have a little more of that on the site.
i don't do much of it myself though now i may give an odd poem a rhyme scheme.
feel free to comment on any poem rhyme or not, at present we have no strict rule about
giving feedback etc, we just like it when people do Smile
