Hi Hobbitdude,
welcome to the site, take a look around, visit the sewer, it's a little like the void, (you can join it through your user cp) and jump in on any of the discussion boards. good to see you got your first poem in, feel free to comment on any of the poetry on the site .

The sewer's less like the void than the fires of Khazad-Dum, but it's a good place to keep warm
![]() Welcome on board, Hobbitdude.

Hi ICSoria thanks from me as well for posting some comments.
they're often more important than the poem; which sounds a little crass, but to some extent true. also looking forward to reading some of your poetry should you post it and also seeing you around the forum

Well, it was a rocky landing Billy but I'm glad that you softened my fall a bit when you opened the back door for me
I kinda figured if you let me in through the back door that I had already become a member of the pig's arse.... There's not an initiation, is there? LolAnyway, I am looking forward to hanging out a bit and sharing some of my writing. I have really grown tired of the site that I have been an on/off member of for about eight years now. I hate social networking and that is what it has become rather than a true poetry forum. One can only abide so many generic comments about their writing. If I want to be stuck in a rut, it might as well be with rutting pigs, no?!?!? :O Here's to muckin' about! ~LaGitana
Do you realise that memories are like a bag of wooden nickels... Or a field full of men on wooden legs in a flash flood... useless ~ D.A.
