		is an anti spam plugin.
i've utilized it on the site and it's keeping the spammers out. think is jen couldn't get past it either when she tried to register

i have a favour to ask. can people with a 2nd email address log out and re register with their 2nd mail address. you can let me know if you get in and i can delete you 2nd nic for you if you succeed. (big thanks to those that can help)

thanks, thats the idea, they ask to use only the re captcha but the the spammers have broken that, so i decided to use both.
and doing so does stop the spammers i their tracks for the main part. thanks otherthingy,

Well, I tried but despite getting through the image verification and such it seems that my home email address doesn't want to receive emails from the site so I can't complete the process

Hooray for anti-spam filters that only work to stop things I actually want.

It could be worse

I agree. I'd rather have that little extra security that people can manage to get through with a little perseverence and nous than have to keep reading the crap that spammers spew out.
