I'm new here.
If this forum is what I think it is,
we're gonna have lots of fun together.

Quick question, just to see if I got things right:
I should post 5 feedback posts anywhere before posting my own poem.
Correct?

Love.

Hi, my name is Pink Bunny (my friends call me Pinky for short)! I am very energetic, cute and have a positive mental attitude! I like poetry a lot! You can expect a lot of feedback from me on your poems and I will try to dazzle you with my poetry as well! Feel free to leave me a carrot sometime!

Kisses!

Hi all ,

I'm 18 and I enjoy reading and writing. Lately I discovered poetry and haven't heard back from prose since. My favourite poets so far have been Tennyson, Blake, Byron and Keats.

I started writing my own and don't want it to suck forever so that's why I'm here.

Those are pretty good favourites to start with Smile

Welcome. We all suck here, but to a far lesser degree than when we started out.

Hello, my name is Jack.

I'm rather self-conscious about my writing. I also don't think I'm any good at it, which is why I joined the forum. I hope your constructive criticism will help me improve.

A few of my favorite poets include: Frank O'Hara, Tomas Transtromer, Arthur Rimbaud, and Allen Ginsberg.

I look forward to meeting you all. Smile

Hi folks,

I am a 30 yo poet. I've been publishing since I was 18, when a poem I wrote somehow ended up in Chelsea. (A fluke, I assure you.) I am working on my third book, and absolutely crave decent feedback. I write free form narrative poetry and my strength is in imagery. I'll of course do my best to comment on providing feedback to your poems, but realize I'm not great with meter and am all about tight lines and strong revisions.

Thanks!

Roy
